At EZ2Prints Print Shop, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom printing services, including personalized apparel, promotional products, photo prints, business materials, and more. Because each order is custom-made, this Refund & Return Policy outlines how we ensure transparency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.


Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is submitted, production begins immediately. This process prevents cancellations, returns, or refunds on any custom product.

This policy applies to all custom printing services, including:

  • Custom t-shirts and apparel

  • Photo prints and canvas prints

  • Personalized promotional items

  • Business cards, flyers, banners, and marketing materials

  • Any custom-designed, personalized, or printed product


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. While refunds are not provided, we will gladly review any order that arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly based on your approved design.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery for assistance. We may offer a reprint or store credit when applicable.

To speed up the review process, include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the problem


Color Matching & Print Variations

Slight differences in color, print tone, or material texture may occur due to monitor settings, fabric variations, and ink absorption. These minor variations are standard in the printing industry and are not considered defects; therefore, they are not eligible for refunds or returns.


Order Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork details, including spelling, layout, sizing, and design elements. EZ2Prints is not responsible for any errors present in the approved proof.
